Thank you for shopping with Field & Furnish. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer delivery to Europe in the future.
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery: £5.95
- Free delivery on orders of £75 or more
Your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas, this may take a little longer.
Delivery times
- Standard items: 3–7 working days
- Large furniture, mirrors & rugs: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is dispatched. Delays can occasionally happen because of carrier issues or peak-season demand.
Multiple parcels
Our pieces come from a carefully selected group of makers and suppliers, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't pay any extra for this.
Large items
Larger pieces such as furniture, large mirrors and rugs may be delivered by a specialist courier, who may contact you to arrange a delivery day. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, and check the item for damage when it arrives.
VAT
All our prices include VAT where applicable. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please email us at sales@fieldandfurnish.com and we'll look into it straight away.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
